Crédit Agricole Payment Services, dejamobile's longtime client

The collaboration between Credit Agricole Payment Services and dejamobile is a long-standing partnership. In 2015, the two companies were already experimenting the first mobile payment service based on Cloud-Based Payment specifications from Mastercard and embedding innovative technologies : tokenisation, HCE, biometric authentication.

In April 2017, the Crédit Agricole bank launched its mobile payment service via its “Ma Carte” application. Integrated into the Crédit Agricole Ma Carte application, dejamobile’s ReadyToTap Payment solution enables the customers of the Crédit Agricole bank to pay in-store using their NFC compatible smartphone. The Crédit Agricole service also benefits from dejamobile’s Strong Authentication Module (SCA) to secure transfers from its “Paylib entre amis” P2P service.

The Crédit Agricole mobile payment application is based on dejamobile’s tokenisation platform and integrates its payment SDK. Dejamobile therefore integrated its tokenisation platform with Crédit Agricole’s Paylib infrastructure to turn “Ma Carte” application into a convergent payment wallet and seamless mobile payment tool for in-store and online payments. Crédit Agricole’s service then evolved to open to Visa cardholders in March 2018.

In October 2018, Crédit Agricole Payment Services relied on the strong authentication module (SCA) of dejamobile’s ReadyToTap Payment solution, which is already integrated into the “Ma Carte” app, to offer a secure and seamless money transfer system between people. When confirming the transfer, the user authenticates himself with either his PIN code or his fingerprint.

The CAPS and dejamobile teams are continuously working on the development of innovative digital services for Crédit Agricole bank customers.
